We can take on your weekly or monthly bookkeeping starting from one hour per week. We aim to automate your finance processes as far as possible to reduce the time taken each week or month to process invoices and receipts, and carry out bank account reconciliations.
We are also making clients aware of the changes coming over the next few years with Making Tax Digital (MTD) which will mean the end of supplying your accountant with a box of receipts at the end of the year. From April 2026, certain businesses will need to start submitting returns to HMRC on a quarterly basis. MTD for Income Tax Self Assessment will apply to sole trade businesses and landlords with a total business or property income above £50,000 per year. Sole traders and landlords earning above £30,000 will follow in April 2027.

- importing sales invoices from other software (if applicable)
- credit control – taking advantage of automated reminders in Xero as well as picking up the phone and talking to your customers
- managing your Xero account – creating new users, managing email and invoice settings to ensure your branding is working correctly, adding payment services, as well as setting up the automatic exchange of Xero documents with other Xero subscribers.
*Hubdoc is a Xero product. Hubdoc extracts data automatically from invoices and receipts which significantly reduces processing time. Access to Hubdoc is available from within Xero for Starter, Standard or Premium plans.
